How does NFC stamping work? +
Place an NFC tag at your counter. When a customer opens the Midnight Snax app and taps their phone on the tag, they receive a stamp instantly — no codes, no manual entry. Our NFC Starter Kit (€49 one-time) comes with 5 ready-to-use tags.
What happens after my 30-day trial? +
After the trial, you'll be prompted to choose a plan. If you don't upgrade, your account is paused — your data is kept safe for 90 days while you decide.
Can I switch plans at any time? +
Yes — upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the end of the current billing period. No penalties, ever.
Do my customers need to pay for the Midnight Snax app? +
No. The Midnight Snax app is completely free for end customers. You pay the platform fee; your customers enjoy the loyalty perks at no cost.
Which plans include analytics? +
Analytics are exclusive to the Premium plan. This includes a full dashboard with customer insights, stamp trends, and visit data. Starter and Basic focus on the core loyalty experience without the analytics layer.
Is there a contract or minimum term? +
No contract. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans are paid upfront for the full year and are non-refundable after 30 days.
Do you charge per customer or per stamp? +
No usage fees. Your subscription is a flat monthly rate. Basic and Premium plans have unlimited customers, so your loyalty location can grow freely without extra charges.
